Rotary District Conference Sangam Mitron Ka Draws 1100+ Rotarians in Raipur

Raipur. The Rotary District Conference “Sangam Mitron Ka,” being organized under the leadership of Rotary International District 3261 Governor Rtn. Amit Jayaswal and the First Lady of the District, Rtn. Pallavi Jayaswal, has received an unprecedented response. More than 1,100 Rotarians from Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha have already registered for the conference. The arrival of registered delegates in Raipur will commence from the morning of 19 December.

Conference Details Shared with Media

Comprehensive details of the conference were jointly shared with the media by Rotary District Media Chairman Rtn. Nitin Jain, along with Co-Chairman Rtn. Pankaj Maheshwari, Rtn. Sunil Kyal, Rtn. Manoj Rai, Rtn. Sunil Dubey, and Rtn. Sahinta Chand.

Interaction and Fellowship Session on 19 December

An interaction-focused event scheduled on 19 December, on the eve of the two-day conference, will emphasize strengthening fellowship, fostering new professional collaborations, and exploring fresh business opportunities. This session will witness the participation of prominent industrialists, educationists, and social leaders, who form the key pillars of Rotary District 3261.

Conference Inauguration and Election Process

The formal inauguration of the District Conference will take place on 20 December. On 21 December, the presidents of more than 100 Rotary Clubs will democratically elect the District Governor for the Rotary Year 2028–29 through an official voting process.

Four Months of Dedicated Preparation

For the successful execution of this mega event, sustained efforts have been made over the past four months by Rotary Club Dhamtari President Rtn. Manish Mittal, Secretary Arpit Jain, District Secretary Rtn. Ajit Khandelwal, Rtn. Somnath Agrawal, Rtn. Sushil Ramdas Agrawal, along with all District Assistant Governors, City Coordinators, and the presidents and secretaries of over 100 Rotary Clubs.

These collective efforts have been carried out under the dedicated leadership of the entire “Team Amit.”
