
Jabalpur. A delegation of 100 Rotary couples from Jabalpur will participate in the annual District Conference “Sangam Mitron Ka” of Rotary International District 3261. This mega event is being organized under the leadership of District Governor Rtn. Amit Jayaswal and the First Lady of the District, Rtn. Pallavi Jayaswal, and will be held in Raipur this year. The delegation will depart for Raipur on December 18. The team will be led by Assistant Governors Rtn. Harish Rijhwani, Rtn. Ankur Maheshwari, and Rtn. Abhishek Kesharwani. The information was shared by District Media Chairman and Past President of Rotary Club Sanskardhani, Rtn. Nitin Jain.
This year’s District Conference is a significant gathering that will bring together Rotarians from several states. The event will feature exhibitions of Rotary service projects, inspirational sessions, award ceremonies, cultural presentations, and discussions on the future direction of various Rotary initiatives.
The responsibility of managing the registration desk has been entrusted to Rotary Club Sanskardhani. To fulfill this role, the club team includes President Arun Gupta, Secretary Rtn. Abhishek Agrawal, Treasurer Rtn. Anil Agrawal, Past President Sameer Gaikwad, and members Samar Gaikwad, Anjul Jain, Manish Bajaj, Yash Ahuja, Nitin Jain, among others. This team will handle registration, welcome procedures, and participant assistance throughout the conference.
Other Rotary clubs from Jabalpur will also participate actively in the event. Rtn. Mitali Banerjee, President of Rotary Club Jabalpur, Rtn. Rajesh Gupta, President of Rotary Club West, along with many young and senior Rotarians from the city, will be present at the conference. Members from all clubs consider this event an important joint platform for the entire Rotary community.
“Sangam Mitron Ka” aims to promote meaningful discussions on community service, health initiatives, youth leadership, membership development, environmental activities, and sustainable projects. Distinguished speakers and Rotary leaders from across the country will contribute to making the conference inspiring and impactful.
