Mega Rotary Rahat Free Medical Camp in Shahdol from 13–15 March

Shahdol: In a historic healthcare initiative for the Shahdol region, the “Rotary Rahat Free Medical Camp” will be organized from 13th to 15th March 2026 at Polytechnic Ground, Pandav Nagar, Shahdol (M.P.), from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

This mega camp will be conducted under the leadership of Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament and Past District Governor Rtn. Vivek Krishna Tankha. The event is being jointly organized by Rotary Club Shahdol, Mandla Maikal and Jabalpur, in association with Rajkunwar Takhwa Foundation and Rahat, with the support of Chirayu Medical College & Hospital, Bhopal and the Health Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Important Preparatory Meeting Held

A crucial preparatory meeting was recently held in Shahdol under the leadership of Rotary District Governor Rtn. Amit Jaiswal. The meeting was attended by Rtn. Sanjay Tiwari, Rtn. N.K. Shrivastava, and office bearers of Rotary Club Shahdol. Detailed discussions were conducted regarding medical arrangements, coordination of specialist doctors, surgical procedures, patient registration processes, and public awareness campaigns.

Detailed information regarding the meeting was shared with the media by District Media Chairman Rtn. Nitin Jain. He informed that this is the second time such a mega camp is being organized in the Shahdol division, where renowned super-specialist doctors from India and abroad will provide free consultation, treatment, and required surgeries using modern medical technology.

Patients requiring major surgeries may be transported free of cost to Chirayu Hospital, Bhopal, and brought back after treatment. Free accommodation, meals, diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medicines will be provided. Eligible patients will receive benefits under applicable government schemes even if they do not possess an Ayushman Card.
